Job Summary :
- Reporting to : CEO
- Operational Focus : While Finance handles payroll and routine recruitment, your role is to strengthen strategic HR processes and drive long-term excellence.
- External Collaboration : Work closely with an external senior HR consultant who serves as a strategic advisor and mentor.
- Initial Strategic Priorities : Enhance performance management and leadership development, with future initiatives to be aligned with leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance & Leadership Development – Design and execute performance frameworks and leadership initiatives.Talent & Recruitment Strategy – Optimize hiring processes for IT and B2B roles.Compensation & Benefits Strategy – Help evaluate and refine remuneration structures.Culture & Engagement – Support organisational culture initiatives and employee engagement.HR Advisory – Act as the internal point of contact for policy, compliance, and employee relations.Strategic HR Planning – Align HR initiatives with broader business goals.Qualifications :
Experience : 3–6 years in HR, with exposure to both operational and strategic HR duties; experience in enterprise IT or B2B preferred.Adaptability : Thrive in a lean, evolving environment with high-impact responsibilities.HR Proficiency : Skilled in performance management, leadership development, and compensation strategies.Team Player : Strong collaboration skills with leaders and external consultants.Communication : Proficient in English (spoken and written).Credentials : Certifications not required; proven experience matters most.Join Us
