Job Summary :

• Reporting to : CEO
• Operational Focus : While Finance handles payroll and routine recruitment, your role is to strengthen strategic HR processes and drive long-term excellence.
• External Collaboration : Work closely with an external senior HR consultant who serves as a strategic advisor and mentor.
• Initial Strategic Priorities : Enhance performance management and leadership development, with future initiatives to be aligned with leadership.
