Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AOI Technician located in Bayan Lepas. The AOI Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, performing visual inspections of semiconductor assemblies, and identifying defects. They will also troubleshoot equipment issues, generate inspection reports, adhere to quality standards, and collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems
• Experience in visual inspection and identifying defects in semiconductor assemblies
• Skills in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance
• Ability to generate detailed inspection reports and adhere to quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with production teams
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
• Technical diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
