Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst
Gather Business Requirements : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document HR and system requirements.
Identify System Gaps : Analyze business requirements and identify gaps between those requirements and the existing Workday functionalities, proposing effective solutions.
System Configuration : Lead the configuration or reconfiguration of Workday to meet business needs, ensuring the system is optimized for HR processes.
Test Case Definition : Develop and oversee the creation of test cases for Workday solutions to ensure system functionalities meet business expectations.
Testing and Deployment : Lead the testing and deployment of Workday solutions into production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and high system quality.
Issue Troubleshooting : Take the lead in troubleshooting and resolving issues in the Workday production environment, ensuring system stability and functionality.
