We are looking to add a Failure Analysis Engineer based in Prai, Penang .

This role involves implementing and maintaining cost-effective troubleshooting methods for systems, software, and equipment, proposing solutions for critical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The engineer will also develop training plans for technical staff, monitor technician performance, and improve diagnostic processes.

Typical daily responsibilities include :

• Directing and coordinating failure analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Developing and supporting test programs and models, evaluating failure data, and preparing technical reports.
• Training technicians and test operators, resolving yield problems, and analyzing circuitry for issues.
• Performing trend analysis and developing metrics to improve diagnostic efficacy.
