We are looking for a Tax Administrative Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist with tax filings, maintain proper records, and support the tax team in ensuring compliance with regulations.
Job description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and file tax forms (e.g., CP204, CP58, Form E, SST)
- Assist in preparing tax computations and supporting schedules
- Keep tax records and documents organised and up to date
- Liaise with LHDN, Customs, and other authorities on tax matters
- Communicate with clients to gather information and documents
- Provide general administrative support to the tax team
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldFresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)Basic knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlinesWhat We offer
