Due to the rapid growth of our VANTAGE business, Control Risks is seeking a candidate with strong initiative to oversee all aspects of project delivery and business administration. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support in accordance with all project and company policies and procedures, as well as establishing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and accelerate growth.
Client project coordination
- Onboarding new clients in line with internal business requirements
- Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system.
- Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address issues when they arise.
Financial support
Assist finance team in local office with client invoicing and administrationWork with global ops team to support monthly revenue reportingProcess expenses for Head of Sales (APAC)Operational support
Timesheet reportingSupport with operational requests from the Vantage teamAssist with the preparation of client contracts and administrationGenerate client reportsRaising POs for APACOnboarding / off boarding new joiners in APAC / globallyAd-hoc tasks when requiredRequirements
Essential
Experience in Microsoft Office – especially ExcelFull fluency in English and MandarinAttention to detailExcellent time management and prioritisationConfident to raise concerns and discuss solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to establish effective and strong working relationships with internal and external contactsPreferred
