Memberi maklumat dan kaunseling perubatan dengan pendekatan mesra. Assist in basic health checks such as blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid. Membantu dalam pemeriksaan kesihatan asas pelanggan. Receive and store stock efficiently. Practise FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) systems. Mengurus stok dengan sistem FEFO / FIFO dan memastikan kawalan stok yang efektif. Address inquiries and handle complaints professionally. Memberi respon terhadap pertanyaan dan aduan pelanggan secara profesional. Ensure pricing and promotional materials are correctly displayed. Memastikan harga dan promosi dikemas kini dengan baik. Operate POS system for cash and card payments accurately. Mengendalikan mesin pembayaran dengan tepat dan cepat.
