Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Marketing Executive / Leader

to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based in Petaling Jaya and offers flexibility to work from home. The Marketing Executive / Leader will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage events, create marketing content and drive digital branding efforts across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and timelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Product Managers, to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Work closely with external principals and partners for budgeting, event planning, and approvals.
• Organize and manage events, workshops, and product launches from start to finish.
• Develop basic design materials (posters, banners, brochures, presentations) using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain and update the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn and Facebook) to increase visibility, engagement, and branding.
• Support the preparation of marketing reports and post-event summaries for internal and principal review.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
