Overview
iTero Business Operations Specialist role at Align Technology. Location : APAC-Malaysia (Solaris Mont\'Kiara, Kuala Lumpur). This position supports and provides guidance to team members to achieve operational goals for the iTero business in APAC, coordinating with technical support, sales and customer support functions, and learning the order-to-cash process across various systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Data processing activities such as scanner contracts, fulfilments, replacements and RMAs, credits and rebills.
- Maintaining data accuracy in systems related to services (warranty, billing, subscriptions, etc.).
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities to ensure data supports revenue recognition.
- Support projects not automated (e.g., Go Digital).
- Manage new purchase requests for demo and / or evaluation loaners with manufacturers.
- Monitor scanner orders shipment status and communicate shipment plans to regional Align teams.
- Ensure documentation of supported processes and systems is up to date.
- Research and implement ways to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate reports from existing data as required.
- Ensure the business operates within the company’s mission statement and comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, results-oriented, hard-working and creative.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to manage projects to completion and adapt to ambiguity.Familiarity with Windows; ability to learn software applications quickly.Excellent multi-cultural collaboration, multitasking, prioritization and deadline adherence.Willingness to reassess and reorganize when traditional solutions don\'t work.Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across an organization.Education & Experience
University Degree or Diploma.3–5 years in operations or customer support environment.SAP and SFDC knowledge is advantageous.Knowledge or experience in dental and orthodontic treatments is a plus but not required.Good interpersonal communication skills and results-oriented approach.Compliance & Policy
