Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related fields.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment.
- Prior experience as a banker or relationship manager is preferred.
- Willing to travel overseas for business purposes.
Responsibilities
Build and grow partnerships with new agents by following the company’s sales plans and using company resources.Support and manage existing agents, keeping strong and positive relationships.Look for new business opportunities with current agents.Work with the team to find target markets and potential agents, and help create and carry out plans to grow the business.Gather market information, stay updated on industry trends, and regularly check what competitors are doing.Meet sales goals based on the company’s market expansion plans.Benefits
