Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for our fertilizer products
  • Conduct commercial trials and provide field advisory services to existing and potential customers
  • Visit estates, farms, and dealers to promote products and provide technical extension services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including farmers, distributors, and plantation owners
  • Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform business strategies
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, farmer meetings, and crop clinics
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for customers based on profit-oriented objectives
  • Monitor customer delivery status and payment collection
  • Submit regular reports on sales activities and market developments

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge of agriculture or fertilizer products (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout West Malaysia (Company vehicle provided)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
