Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and long-term collaboration. Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards are met. Resolve any supplier-related issues that could impact project timelines or budgets. Work closely with project managers, site teams, and contract team to understand material requirements. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays. Support project teams by tracking and coordinating deliveries with construction schedules. Monitor procurement budgets and ensure purchases are cost-effective. Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining required standards. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, specifications, and safety standards. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a procurement role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related software. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
