Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, support, finance) to meet client needs.
  • New Business Development : Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on new client acquisitions when necessary.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records in Sales tracker; provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports; analyze account performance and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Contract & Negotiation : Lead contract renewals and price negotiations; ensure agreements are aligned with company goals and profit margins.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory)
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in Aviation Sector will be an added Advantage
