Business Analyst / Data PM, Group Data & Analytics, Group Strategy & Innovation

Penerangan pekerjaanAct as the primary liaison between business and technical teams. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management to ensure successful adoption. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Advocate for data-driven decision-making and best practices in analytics. Maintain strong relationships across business units, technology, and regulatory teams. Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects, from initiation to deployment. Develop project plans, manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, BI, data engineering, and vendors. Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure efficient execution. Align with overall program managers to ensure consistency across initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data PM, ideally in banking, finance, or data-centric roles. Familiarity with data modelling, basic SQL, and enterprise data platforms (e.g., DataIku, OAS, Denodo, Feature Store). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in UAT testing and test management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum or Agile.

- Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for data transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and propose actionable solutions.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Work with data engineers and tech teams to design scalable, compliant data platforms.
