Working Hours : Mon-Fri, Alternate Sat (8 : 30am-5 : 30pm)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and manage the full scope of post-sales, warehouse and logistics operations at their aluminium extrusion manufacturing facility . This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of products and services to customers, while continuously improving operational efficiency through process reengineering, digital transformation, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all post-sales operations, including :

• Order fulfilment and production coordination
• Logistics, delivery planning, and transport scheduling
• Warehouse operations and inventory control
• After-sales support for product issues and replacements
• Develop and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each operational function to improve consistency and reduce error rates
• Identify gaps in current processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing principles
• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Production, Quality Control, and Admin) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Lead system upgrade or software implementation (e.g. ERP / WMS) to enhance traceability, data accuracy, and decision-making
• Monitor KPIs related to operational performance, cost efficiency, and customer service levels
• Ensure warehouse and logistics activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Train, lead, and develop a team of warehouse, logistics, and customer support personnel
