Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end user's inquiries about Accounting Software via phone / email / remote assistance.
  • Provide both off-site software technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Perform data migration works.
  • Conduct product (Software) training for end users.
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects, and pre-implementation discussions.
  • Resolve customer accounting discrepancies or technical issues in a timely & professional manner.

Main Requirement

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the Accounting field.
  • Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills are an added advantages.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
