Job descriptionMust possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field. Preferably 1 year of working experience in the Accounting field. Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills are an added advantages. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities
- Provide support to end user's inquiries about Accounting Software via phone / email / remote assistance.
- Provide both off-site software technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Perform data migration works.
- Conduct product (Software) training for end users.
- Involve in ad-hoc projects, and pre-implementation discussions.
- Resolve customer accounting discrepancies or technical issues in a timely & professional manner.
Main Requirement
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
