about the job

• Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team eg; other functional consultant and busines analyst, technical consultant / developer, project manager and others
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Execute proper business requirements gathering and translating them into workable SAP IS Auto system
• Constant initiatives of process analysis and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Configure SAP IS Auto to meet business requirements while adhere to regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Preparing and maintaining clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents, as well as delivering end-user training.

bout the manager / team

The role is an individual contributor functional consultant role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support & project implementation of SAP IS Auto.
