What would you do?

• Lead and contribute to the design of prompt engineering strategies to enhance chatbot intelligence, contextual understanding, and response consistency.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for efficient information retrieval and high-response accuracy.
• Maintain and evolve the Knowledge Base, ensuring alignment with business, compliance, and technical requirements.
• Drive annotation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of LLM outputs through performance reviews and fine‑tuning cycles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define chatbot features, intents, and conversational flows.
• Apply best practices in data cleaning, labelling, and feature engineering – such as structuring context, prompt templates, and metadata design – to support LLM development and accuracy.
• Contribute to the model development lifecycle, including experimentation, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Participate in prototyping and internal R&D initiatives to explore new Generative AI techniques or chatbot enhancements.
