Penerangan pekerjaanLast semester or fresh graduate of Diploma degree from Finance / Supply Chain / Logistics or Economic Willing to work onsite at the office. Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. Fluent in English & Mandarin Speaker will be added advantage. Able to join at the soonest.
Some of your
key responsibilities
will include but are not limited to the following :
- To assist in sales order processing / sending out of Invoice to customers
- To assist in E-Invoice implementation – clean up the Supplier / Customer database
- To assist in following up with customer / supplier on survey form
- To assist in documents filling
