Penerangan pekerjaanLead and manage the creation of sales proposals and presentations for APAC and global clients. Collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts to align proposal strategy with customer needs. Design visually engaging content using PowerPoint and other tools. Maintain and develop a content library to support proposal efforts.
Successful Applicant
A successful Proposal Specialist should have :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field.
- Exceptional visual storytelling and layout design skills.
- Experienced in proposal development, presentation design, or sales support (3+ years).
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in business English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Bonus : Familiarity with proposal automation tools, content management platforms, and an interest in copywriting.
