Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst

Overview :

Lam Research Corporation (“Lam”), a Fortune 500 company in semiconductor industry, has an immediate opening for aSenior Transfer Pricing Analystin Penang, Malaysia.

The Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst will assist with various aspects of the company’s transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy processes.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare / review quarterly and annual worldwide transfer pricing computations
• Review quarterly legal entity profit forecast with respect to the cross-border transactions
• Prepare / review all transfer pricing documentation such as master file, local file, CbCR, and all other relevant disclosures and statements
• Assist with Advance Pricing Agreement (“APA”) applications with different tax authorities
• Assist with identification of uncertain income tax positions for transfer pricing areas on a global basis
• Prepare / manage intercompany transfer pricing agreements and keep track of all intercompany transactions
• Provide support on complex transfer pricing matters related to global transactions and assist business and regional tax teams with planning and compliance
• Assist in defending global transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions in the face of increasing scrutiny from tax authorities around the world
• Explore transfer pricing computation / documentation automation opportunities and assist with system automation initiatives

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
