Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payrolls, ensuring all aspects of the payroll cycle, including tax, benefits, wages, etc., are processed, reconciled, and transmitted accurately and timely.
• Ensure all payroll operations comply with statutory laws and regulations and align with corporate HR-Payroll policies and strategies.
• Support country HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters, including third-party payments, GL distribution, payroll funding, external / internal audits, and statutory filings.
• Assist in-house projects related to payroll matters.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Maintain and update payroll Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regularly.
