Functional Accountabilities You are on a journey to join an exciting company and be part of our success story. This role provides the know-how and experience that will define your growth. Responsibilities include :

Ensure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific (globally) employment laws, and adhere to internal policies.

Run payroll via SAP system.

Reconcile inputs from PDA, Time & Attendance, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure payroll reports reflect changes for the correct monthly salary and remuneration.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Participate in process improvement and projects.

Requirements

A diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciplines.

2–5 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Generalist / HR Services / HR Operations) preferred.

Experience with payroll in a Shared Services environment supporting multiple countries is an advantage.

Experience with SAP or Workday is an added advantage.

Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
