Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Act as liaison for payroll, compliance, and factory workforce matters — coordination and communication only.
- Support performance management, engagement programs, and HR policies.
- Provide executive support : calendar, travel, meetings, and reports.
- Coordinate across teams, track OKRs, and assist with board / investor materials.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
