IT Executive

Overview

Provide desktop support and perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, printers, WiFi, handheld devices, security devices, IT equipment, video conferencing tools, and other peripherals in line with company standards. Deliver IT software support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for POS systems, operating systems, Microsoft Office, email clients, network connections, antivirus, internet browsing, file sharing, and business applications. Handle POS application support, including managing upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting. Provide on-site IT support for all retail and consignment outlets, primarily in Klang Valley, with occasional travel. Coordinate with IT and external vendors on network connectivity issues (Dedicated Line, WiFi, IPVPN, etc.). Implement low-code automation solutions (Power Automate) to streamline repetitive IT support tasks including computer troubleshooting and system setup; leverage AI tools to enhance problem-solving capabilities and provide innovative solutions to users’ requests. Ensure all IT requisitions and documentation are well-maintained and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with genuine interest in learning AI applications for IT support.

Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network-related issues; hands-on experience with PC / network setup and troubleshooting.
