Job Purpose
Plan the daily work in the Production Area in order to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Program and supervise work in extra time.
- Supervise & cross train team.
- Plan & manage team holidays.
- Identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Always ensure full contingency cover.
- Record and investigate non-conformances, reworking where possible.
- Coordinate and maintain production equipment according to the established schedule.
- Liaison between department and Senior Management concerning trends and problem areas.
- Monitor hazardous waste activities in Production.
- Analyze and monitor the indicators, in order to take the necessary measures.
- Guarantee cleanliness and order of the factory.
- Ensure compliance with the company's industrial safety guidelines for the Production.
- Prepare Production related Operations procedure and Work Instructions.
