Production Team Lead

Production Manager

Job Purpose

Plan the daily work in the Production Area in order to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Program and supervise work in extra time.
• Supervise & cross train team.
• Plan & manage team holidays.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Always ensure full contingency cover.
• Record and investigate non-conformances, reworking where possible.
• Coordinate and maintain production equipment according to the established schedule.
• Liaison between department and Senior Management concerning trends and problem areas.
• Monitor hazardous waste activities in Production.
• Analyze and monitor the indicators, in order to take the necessary measures.
• Guarantee cleanliness and order of the factory.
• Ensure compliance with the company's industrial safety guidelines for the Production.
• Prepare Production related Operations procedure and Work Instructions.
