Duties / Responsibilities

• Track Project Progress : To monitor project progress and performance, ensure adherence to the established timeline and objectives.
• Capacity Planning : To conduct capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization.
• Collaborate on Automation Projects : To collaborate with team to plan and implement future automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity in the factory.
• Equipment to MES Connection : To set up Equipment connection with MES.
• Cross-Functional Liaison : To liaise with cross‑functional teams to align project goals, facilitate communication, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Project Coordination : Project department's management including project allocation, resource coordination, communication, etc.
• Additional Duties : Performs other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws and regulations including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. This includes identifying ITAR products on the manufacturing floor, recognizing foreign visitors, following authorization procedures, understanding export requirements for shipments, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
