Loan Processing Executive (Automotive Loan)

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2–3 years of working experience in automotive loan / hire purchase / credit processing. Good understanding of banking procedures, loan documentation, and disbursement process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with bankers, sales team, and customers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin / Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage. Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Malaysia? Responsibilities :
- Handle and submit new car loan applications to banks / financial institutions.
- Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Follow up with bankers on loan approval status and disbursement.
- Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth loan processing for customers.
- Maintain proper filing and records of loan applications and disbursement documents.
- Liaise with customers when necessary for additional documents or clarifications.
