Job Responsibility
Perform an initial review of invoices to confirm suppliers have included the relevant PO details, and record them in the ledger within 24 hours of receipt.
Carry out a secondary verification by cross-checking invoice details against the PO to ensure accuracy. File the documents, and if discrepancies are found, initiate the rejection procedure.
Complete the filing process within 24 hours after ledger entry.
During the final payment review, confirm that acceptance forms are attached to the filed payment documents. If available, proceed with submitting the payment request; if not, remind requestors to provide the forms and update the ledger once received.
Submit payment requests within 24 hours of invoice filing. For pending acceptance, issue reminders on the 2nd, 5th, and 7th day.
Support the resolution of system issues and address any problems related to fixed asset entries to ensure payment documents are properly closed.
Perform reconciliation after pre-payments have been made.
Assist in early tax calculation by coordinating with the tax department for assessment when required.
Ensure accuracy and compliance through scheduled quality checks.
Job Requirements
Educational & Experience Requirement – Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of procurement experience.
Language Proficiency – Strong English skills at CEFR B1 / B2 level or higher, with proficiency in reading, writing (business level), listening, and speaking for daily communication.
Key Attributes – Highly responsible, self-motivated, and open to challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to personal and company growth.
Technical Skills – Prior experience with OA systems, Ariba, Coupa, and SAP is an advantage
