Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and review monthly and quarterly current and deferred tax provisions. Manage and review all tax submissions, including income tax, service tax, WHT, and CP58. Support Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and Global Minimum Tax (QDMTT) requirements. Identify and implement strategies to optimize tax efficiency, including minimizing tax expenses and maximizing tax savings. Liaise with tax authorities to resolve tax-related matters and provide internal tax advisory services to stakeholders. Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the superior or Head of Department (HOD). Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or a professional qualification such as ACCA. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the tax field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. At least 1 year of leadership experience, including supervising junior team members. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
