Minimum Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, Economics or related discipline from a recognised university. Professional qualifications (ACCA, СРА, МІСРA,CIMA) is preferred and will be an added advantage.

Knowledge required : In-depth understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Familiarity with corporate finance principles and financial modeling. Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of financial risk management and internal controls. Awareness of financial regulations and auditing processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software.

Specifie Skills required : Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)) is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Presentation skills and the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in using data visualization tools is a plus.

Experience required to perform job : Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role, overseeing daily finance operations. Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Experience in managing or leading a finance team. Hands-on experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
