are currently looking to hire a

E-commerce Executive . The job duties include planning and executing marketing campaigns in designated E-commerce portfolio, maximizing brand exposure in online retail space and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities

Plan, conceptualize and execute commercial / marketing campaigns in online marketplaces / platforms. Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey. Merge eCommerce implementation and branding strategies to identify opportunities for growth. Basic understanding in data and competitive analysis related to key metrics within the e-commerce landscape to increase business opportunities in online marketplaces / platforms. Liaise and maintain good relationships with marketplaces to understand market trends and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives. Work closely with different stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure smooth business operation. Responsible for monthly / campaign reports, analysis reports and presentations. Liaise with graphic designer by preparing a creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives. Provide customer support on product inquiries, live chat and after sales services. Assist and maintain overall Ecommerce Operation Readiness based on metrics shared and aligned. Qualifications

Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in International Business / Economics / Business Administration / Mass Communication or any relevant field. At least 1 - 2 years of experience in E-commerce, marketing or in the retail industry. Experience in E-commerce marketplaces or exposure in luxury retail is an added advantage. Knowledge of SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Benefits
