Order Management Analyst - Japanese Speaker
Manage customer claims and queries related to forward orders through our internal teams and partners (e.g., Shipment, Return, Pricing, Order status, ETA / Lead time, Warranties etc).
Responsibilities
- Check customer claims (shipment, return, pricing) for validity.
- Coordinate with 3rd parties to obtain shipping documents needed for validation.
- Coordinate with Returns Team on return claims if valid.
- Log claims on respective apps for 3rd parties' validation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for other types of claims (pricing).
- Collaborate with channel team relating to claims.
- Process credits with internal team for valid claims.
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in SAP and Microsoft Office and able to handle pressure.Graduate of any college degree.Proficient in Japanese.Preferred Skills
Experience with analysis of supply chain metrics.Problem-solving / Escalation.SAP order management experience.Excellent communication skills.Business process outsourcing experience desirable.Professional Skill Requirements
