To formulate new product formulations and source for new chemicals / fragrance according to marketing demand or R&D Brief.

To improve the existing formulation to a better product in terms of cost, texture, fragrance & etc.

To carry out 3 months stability test and follow up on the status of the projects given.

To validate the production flow and ensure the stability and quality of the new confirmed products.

In-charge of new product trial run & commercial run once the formula is confirming with preparation of BMR & costing.

To be able to guide and counsel assistants towards company policy & perform according to their jobs requirements.

Utilize and apply the use of RDMS software.

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.

Others Requirement

Master or Bachelor of Science, Major in Chemistry / Biology / Bio Technology / Bio Chemistry.
5 years working experience in personal care industry in FMCG line.
Strong technical know-how.
Aggressive, fast thinking and ability to operate within a challenging environment.
Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power-Point.
