Responsible for supporting the data capture and processing of new and renewal applications for Group Administration and Individual Medical Policy Administration. This role involves handling various policy administration requests, including but not limited to :

• Policy Details : Updating and maintaining accurate policy information.
• Coverage Limits : Adjusting coverage limits as required.
• Beneficiary Management : Adding or removing beneficiaries.

Payment Terms : Changing payment terms and processing related adjustments.

Process policy Information Requests : Process all types of policy administration requests efficiently and accurately. Prepare new and renewal policy documents within the specified turnaround time.
