Executive, Ticketing Operations
Role Purpose
To handle reservations and ticketing functionalities by offering suitable solutions and product information to all walk- in customers with the utmost courtesy, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and procedures are consistently followed.
Key Accountability
- Responsible of handling First Class, Business Class, Economy Class, Enrich Platinum, Enrich Gold, Enrich Silver and Enrich Blue Walk in passengers as per set standard.
- To manage Reservations & Ticketing, up-sell relevant products whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
- To ensure customer issues are resolved by securing the relevant information and finding a suitable resolution.
- Ensure all daily sales collections and credit card sales are submitted before leaving the office for the day.
- To assist superior and provide support with respect to delegated tasks / assignments.
- To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality.
- To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior or to attend any meetings and / or assignments
- Taking on any tasks that may be assigned on an adhoc basis by superiors.
- Willing to be on a rotation basis within the CTO offices for staff based in CTO and within ATO offices for staff based at the KLIA Airport.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Degree in Communication, Management or any related field and / or;Professional Certificate in any related field and / or;Diploma in Communication, Management, Administration or Any related field or;High school certificate (SPM / STPM).Areas of Experience
Airline, Travel agent or customer service field is an advantage.Personality Traits
Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Must be able to work with minimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility.Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player.Excellent manners with required tact and diplomacy to handle customers professionally.
