Are you an outgoing and engaging individual who loves interacting with people? Hiro One Way Ticket Sdn Bhd is seeking a part‑time Promoter to join our team for an exciting Christmas Chocolate Event in Avenue K , Kuala Lumpur - 21 Nov 2025 - 4 Jan 2026 (45 days) . This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales and customer service skills while promoting our premium chocolate products.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our Christmas chocolate products
  • Assisting customers with product selection and providing recommendations
  • Handling customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and well‑organised display area
  • Reporting on sales and customer feedback to the team

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • Strong sales and customer service experience, preferably in the retail or events industry
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards promoting products
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings during the event period
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
