Who You Will Be Working For :

  • You will be working with a dynamic IT services team, providing on-site support for IT systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting, at client locations in PJ and across Klang Valley.

What You'll Do :

  • Repair and troubleshoot laptops and IT equipment at client locations.
  • Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows OS and other user applications.
  • Perform project roll-outs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

    • What You'll Need :

  • Must have own transport and be flexible for travel within Klang Valley.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

    Contract length : 6 months

    Pay : RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
