Job descriptionRepair and troubleshoot laptops and IT equipment at client locations. Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and support Windows OS and other user applications. Perform project roll-outs, installations, and preventive maintenance. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Competitive salary with mileage allowances. Opportunities for professional growth and training.
