Requirements
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Preferable Mandarin speaker.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.Coordinate and schedule appointments.Handle incoming calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary.Organize and maintaining office supplies and equipment.Assist in organizing staff events.Handling hostel arrangements for expatriates.Support the team with various administrative projects as needed.Handle SIRIM,NPRC,MCMC matters.Support Shopxx, Laz, TT team verification.Benefits
