Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have :
- A Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical).
- At least 5 years of experience in automation or a related engineering field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - confident in both writing and speaking English.
- A proactive mindset, customer-focused approach, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Independent, yet collaborative - someone who thrives in a team but can also lead autonomously.
- Willingness to travel when necessary and manage multiple priorities effectively.
