YOUR MISSION

Lead and grow SuamiSihat Clinic’s sales force to achieve sustainable monthly targets, maintain world‑class client experiences, and uphold our mission to normalize men’s health conversations in Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coaching & Team Development – Train, mentor, and motivate Customer Service and Sales Executives to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Conduct regular coaching sessions and roleplays to sharpen closing skills.
• Script, SOP & Playbook Optimization – Develop, refine, and standardize WhatsApp, phone call, and follow‑up scripts. Maintain and update the Clinic Sales Playbook.
• Leads & Customer Database Segmentation – Segment leads by type, align with marketing for personalized follow‑up campaigns, and oversee lead assignment in CRM.
• Monitoring, Control & Quality Assurance – Track daily performance dashboards, monitor message quality, and create transparent monitoring sheets.
• Reporting & Data Analysis – Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, analyze performance trends, and present pipeline reviews to leadership.
• Experience & Retention – Ensure seamless handover between sales, doctors, and follow‑up teams; manage membership renewals and reactivation campaigns; track key sales metrics.

COMPENSATION

Basic Salary : RM4,000 – RM5,000

Commissions & Performance Incentives : RMX,XX per month (details provided upon interview).
