Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Planning Executive to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient material planning to support production needs. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Procurement :

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality consistency.

Material Planning & Inventory Management :

  • Develop and maintain material requirement plans based on production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.

    • Operational & Process Improvement :

  • Analyse procurement and planning data to improve efficiency and cost savings.
  • Assist in implementing best practices for supply chain optimization.
  • Support internal reporting and documentation requirements.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or material planning (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Autocount accounting system is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
