About the role

Radius Payment Solutions, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and showcasing our cutting-edge payment services to the market.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your sales territory
Engage with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and propose tailored payment solutions
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services to secure new business
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer support and service
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the financial services or payment industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels

Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Ambitious and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
