Quantity Surveyor

Position : Quantity Surveyor

Location : Mont Kiara, KL

Primary responsibilities :

• Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost;
• Preparation of contracts agreements including draft tenders and awards; be part of every tender exercise;
• Procure the services of contractors and / or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project;
• To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements;
• Assessment of contractor's claim;
• Preparation for Project Budget, Progress Claim , final account and final details Bill of Quantities (BQ)
