Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / ”O” Level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities
To perform day to day general administrative tasksAttend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone callsHandle clients’ inquiries and provide assistancePrepare official receiptService reminder to customerFilling invoicesMaintaining office stock and suppliesArrange drivers, manage driver's OT, monitor touch n go, monitor petrol. Maintain record of all transactions and prepare monthly report.To assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.Benefits
