Job Description
Conduct market research to identify companies that need staffing services and use cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) to generate new leads.
Engage with prospects to understand their hiring needs and challenges, and determine if they are a good fit for the agency's services.
Maintain a database of leads and prospects, track their progress using and provide timely follow-up.
Meeting and presentation scheduling :
Set up meetings and presentations between qualified prospects and the agency's account executives or recruiters.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, refine strategies, and ensure smooth transitions for leads.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the agency's own service offerings.
Required skills
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and explain the agency's value proposition.
Sales skills :
Experience with cold outreach techniques (calls and emails) and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Organizational skills :
Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage a pipeline of leads and meet targets.
Technical skills :
Proficiency with sales tools, as well as familiarity with sales performance metrics.
Proactive and results-oriented :
A self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas or targets.
Industry knowledge :
Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus, including understanding client challenges related to hiring and talent acquisition.
